A NanoCorp Alternative: How VentiMap Compares

By Yuntao Zou, Founder, VentiMap@TaoMachina

If you're looking at NanoCorp, VentiMap is an alternative built for the same job: AI that builds a software business and keeps working on it after launch. The biggest differences are in how you pay. NanoCorp is $30 a month with a 20% fee when you withdraw your money. VentiMap sells 30-day passes from $20 that never renew on their own, and takes 0% of your sales.

A disclosure first. I'm the founder of VentiMap, so weigh what follows accordingly. Every NanoCorp figure below comes from NanoCorp's own public pages, and I've dated each one. If a number has changed by the time you read this, NanoCorp's page is right and mine is out of date.

Credits are not the same unit on the two platforms, so compare what each plan lets you do rather than the credit counts. VentiMap Credits are counted in US dollars: one Credit is $1 of work at list rates, and you are charged for the work done. A Starter pass includes $20 of Credits, Pro ($50) includes $60 and Max ($100) includes $120.

Where NanoCorp is the better pick

If you want to run many businesses at once, NanoCorp's Founder plan has no limit on how many. VentiMap caps active companies by pass: 5, 10 or 20.

NanoCorp can import a project you already have on GitHub, as a separate copy that does not stay in sync, and it runs Meta ads on Facebook and Instagram. VentiMap starts from an idea and runs Reddit ads. If your code already exists, or your buyers are on Instagram, NanoCorp is built for that today.

NanoCorp also publishes a live feed of what the businesses on it earn. That kind of openness is useful when you are deciding whether to trust a platform.

Where VentiMap is different

The free start is a report, not a trial

NanoCorp gives you three days to try everything, then pauses the business until you pick a plan. VentiMap starts with a researched report on your idea, a plan and a first page, so you can decide whether the business is worth building before you pay for anything.

No fee on your sales

VentiMap takes 0% of each sale, and the rest is yours after Stripe's card fee. NanoCorp's pricing page lists a 20% fee on withdrawals. On the same $500, that's $0 against $100.

Nothing renews behind your back

A VentiMap pass lasts 30 days and then stops. If you want another month, you buy another pass. Credits you haven't used stay for 30 more days, so renewing within that window keeps what you paid for. Ads only start once you approve a daily amount, and you can stop them at any time.

What a month with $500 of sales costs

Entry plans, all $500 withdrawn, before card processing fees, ads and extra credits. Checked October 13, 2026.
PlanFee on $500 of salesTotal
NanoCorp$30 (Founder)$100 (20% at withdrawal)$130
VentiMap$20 (Starter pass)$0 (0%)$20

With no sales, the month costs $30 on NanoCorp and $20 on VentiMap. If you run several businesses on one plan, NanoCorp spreads its $30 across all of them, which can change the picture.

How to choose

  • How many businesses will you run at once? Many points to NanoCorp.
  • Do you already have code on GitHub? NanoCorp can start from it.
  • Where are your buyers? Facebook and Instagram point to NanoCorp; Reddit and email to VentiMap.
  • How much will you sell? The higher your sales, the more the fee matters.
  • Do you want to see whether the idea holds up before you pay? A free report comes first on VentiMap.

A few practical questions

Is VentiMap free?

Starting is free and needs no card: you get a report on your idea, a plan and a first page. Building the full product needs a pass, from $20 for 30 days.

When do I pay a fee on my money?

VentiMap takes 0% of each sale. Stripe charges its own card processing fee on each payment. Ads are separate: 20% of the ad charge is our fee.

Do I have to cancel a VentiMap plan?

No. A pass ends after 30 days on its own. No pass is charged again unless you buy another one.

If you try both, judge them on the same idea. Give each one the business you actually want to run, and see which one you'd trust with it.
