Privacy Policy

Account and workspace: your name, email address, and sign-in details; workspace and company settings; the instructions, prompts, files, and content you give us; and what our AI agents produce for you, including company websites, emails, and ad content.

Payments: Credits purchases and company sales are processed by Stripe. We receive order identifiers, amounts, currency, fee, refund, dispute, and payout status, the buyer’s email address (needed for checkout and to deliver access), and limited payment details such as card brand and last four digits. We do not receive or store full card numbers.

Outreach and prospect data: when a company does outreach, we find business contact information (such as a person’s business name, role, work email address, and website) through data providers such as Hunter and from public sources, and we process it to prepare, send, and track email for the company’s owner.

Advertising: for ads we run through Reddit, we process ad content, targeting choices, budgets, and the aggregated performance and spend data Reddit reports back to us.

Product users: when a company sends product reminder emails to its own users, we process those users’ email addresses, the message content, and delivery status on the company’s behalf.

Technical and usage data: log, device, and browser information, IP address, cookies and similar technologies needed to keep you signed in and secure, feature interactions, support messages, and security or operational metadata.

We use information to provide and operate VentiMap (authenticate users, build and host company websites, run AI agents, send email, run ads, process payments and payouts, deliver purchases, and keep Credits and order records); to give support; to prevent fraud, spam, and abuse and keep the service secure; to improve and develop VentiMap; and to meet legal and compliance obligations.

We do not treat a payment redirect alone as proof that a payment or delivery succeeded; we rely on confirmed provider and server records.

Content you submit and the information needed for a task may be sent to AI model providers that generate the output you asked for, and to hosting, email delivery, advertising, business-data, analytics, and payment providers that run the features you use. We limit what we send to what the task needs.

These providers handle data under their own terms and privacy policies. We keep credentials, access tokens, and raw provider payloads out of public product surfaces.

Stripe processes payment credentials and card details. VentiMap stores the transaction, fee, refund, dispute, delivery, and reconciliation records needed to operate and audit the service.

We share a buyer’s email address and order details with the company that sold the product, so the company can deliver and support the purchase. Buyer contact information is not shown in public company pages.

If you received an email sent through VentiMap, the owner of a company chose to contact you in a business context. We processed your business contact information (for example your name, role, work email address, and organization) obtained from providers such as Hunter or from public sources. We use it only to prepare, send, and track that outreach and to honor opt-outs.

Every outreach email includes a way to opt out. Use the unsubscribe link in the email, or write to support@ventimap.com, and we will honor your request. You can also ask us to delete the information we hold about you. Reminder emails a company sends to its own users also include an unsubscribe option.

We share personal information with service providers that process it for us, with the owner of the company it relates to (for example buyer details for a purchase), when you direct us to, to comply with law or legal process, to protect the rights, safety, and security of users, VentiMap, or the public, and in connection with a merger, financing, or sale of assets.

Information held by a provider is also governed by that provider’s terms and privacy policy.

We do not sell personal information, and we have not sold personal information in the past 12 months. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16.

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA gives you the right to know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose; to access a copy of it; to correct inaccurate information; to delete it; to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (which we do not do); to limit the use of sensitive personal information (we do not use it beyond what the law permits); and not to be treated differently for exercising these rights. Residents of other states may have similar rights.

To exercise a right, email support@ventimap.com or use the Data Requests page. We will verify your request, for example by confirming that you control the email address on file, and respond within 45 days (we may extend once by up to 45 days where the law allows and will tell you why). An authorized agent may submit a request for you with proof of authorization. We may keep information we are required or permitted to retain for legal, security, or accounting purposes.

In the past 12 months we collected these categories of personal information: identifiers (name, email address, IP address); commercial information (orders and Credits purchases); internet and electronic activity; professional information (business contact details of outreach recipients); and the content you provide. We collect them from you, from your use of VentiMap, from data providers and public sources, and from Stripe and Reddit, and we disclose them for business purposes to the providers described above.

We keep account, product, transaction, security, support, and audit records only as long as reasonably needed to operate the service, bill, meet legal obligations, prevent fraud, and resolve disputes.

Deleting an account may not immediately remove records we must keep for security, financial reconciliation, legal compliance, or an active dispute. Minimal records may be retained to show what actions were or were not performed, and opt-out records are kept so we can keep honoring them.

We use access controls, encryption, careful credential handling, redaction, and audit practices designed to keep secrets, provider tokens, card data, and buyer contact data away from unauthorized people and logs. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

VentiMap accounts are for people 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has given us information, email support@ventimap.com and we will delete it.

We are based in the United States and process information in the United States. If you use VentiMap from another country, your information will be processed in the United States; mandatory privacy protections where you live still apply.

Email support@ventimap.com or use the Data Requests page to ask for access, correction, export, or deletion, or to opt out of outreach emails.

You can also use account privacy controls where available. A request may also need to go to a provider when that provider independently controls the data.

We may update this Policy. We will post the new version with a new “Last updated” date and, for material changes, tell you in the product or by email.
