Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. If you use VentiMap for an organization, you confirm you can bind it to these Terms. You are responsible for your account, for keeping your sign-in secure, and for everything done through your account, including by AI agents acting for you.

Some features may be limited, in test mode, or restricted by country or by a connected service. A feature label or test result does not mean live payments, email sending, or advertising is active for your company.

We may change, add, or remove features. We may update these Terms by posting a new version with a new “Last updated” date and, for material changes, telling you in the product or by email. Using the Service after a change takes effect means you accept it.

VentiMap runs AI agents that act on your behalf: they build your company website, write and send outreach and reminder emails, prepare and run advertising, and handle related work. You instruct and supervise them. You agree that your agents’ actions are your actions, that you are bound by the communications and commitments they make within the scope of your instructions, and that the Service operates as an electronic agent under the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act and similar laws.

AI output can be wrong, incomplete, out of date, or similar to other content. You must review it before you rely on it, publish it, or send it. VentiMap does not give legal, tax, financial, medical, or other professional advice, and nothing an agent produces is such advice.

Control points such as confirming your first outreach email, setting an ad budget, or approving a plan exist so you stay in charge. You are responsible for what you approve and for monitoring your company.

Building on VentiMap needs a plan. A plan is a one-time 30-day pass, not a subscription: Starter is $20 with 20 Credits and up to 5 companies, Pro is $50 with 60 Credits and up to 10 companies, and Max is $100 with 120 Credits and up to 20 companies.

Plans do not renew automatically, and VentiMap does not offer subscriptions. If you renew early, the new 30 days start after your current plan ends. The Credits included with a plan stay usable for 30 days after the plan ends.

When a plan ends, companies that are already live keep their website and sales. New building and AI work need an active plan.

VentiMap Credits pay for AI model and tool use on the platform. Credit top-ups need an active plan and do not expire. Every purchase is a one-time payment with no automatic renewal and no subscription. Credits are not money, stored value, or a bank balance, have no cash value, and cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash.

Credits may be reserved, consumed, released, or restored as agents work. The price, Credits quantity, currency, and any tax shown at checkout apply to that purchase. We may change plan prices, top-up prices, and Credit rates for future purchases and usage.

Credits are non-refundable except where required by law. If we confirm a refund of a Credits pack, the purchased Credits are removed from your balance, and Credits already used may leave a balance due that must be cleared before more paid work runs.

When your company sells something, you are the seller of record. You own and are responsible for your offer, product or service, claims, pricing, rights, legality, fulfillment, buyer support, refunds, and compliance with law, including consumer-protection, advertising, and tax rules. VentiMap is a technology provider and a payment-collection agent for you. It is not the seller and not the merchant of record.

Buyers pay through VentiMap’s Stripe platform account. As your payment-collection agent, VentiMap receives the buyer’s payment on your behalf, and the buyer’s payment to VentiMap counts as payment to you. We credit your proceeds, after fees and any refunds or disputes, to your company balance. You can withdraw available balance after you connect a payout account and Stripe verifies your identity; accepting buyer payments does not require advance onboarding.

You must give accurate information about what you sell and provide a lawful, working way to deliver it. We may pause or remove an offer, checkout, delivery, or account when eligibility, safety, payment, dispute, or compliance information is missing or adverse.

VentiMap hosts your company website at an address under ventimap.app based on your company name (for example your-company.ventimap.app). You may use that address while your account is in good standing, but you do not own it. We may change, suspend, or remove an address or site that breaches these Terms or when your account ends.

Each company website links to a Terms & Privacy page that VentiMap generates for that company. It tells buyers who is selling and how payment, refunds, and personal data work. You are responsible for any additional notices your business needs. While your account is active you can export your company content from the product.

Your agents may write and send email from your company mailbox, including first-contact outreach to businesses and reminder emails to your company’s own users. You must have a lawful basis to contact each recipient and must follow CAN-SPAM and other applicable anti-spam, privacy, and marketing laws. Messages must identify your company truthfully, include a way to opt out, and honor opt-outs promptly and no later than 10 business days. Your first outreach email is sent only after you confirm it.

VentiMap finds business contact details for outreach through third-party data providers and public sources. We may limit, pause, or stop sending from a company mailbox to protect deliverability or when complaints, bounces, or legal risk rise.

VentiMap runs advertising for your company through its own managed Reddit ad account. You set the budget, and you are responsible for the content and targeting of your ads and for complying with Reddit’s advertising policies and applicable law. Ads run under VentiMap’s shared ad account; we may reject, pause, or remove any ad, or stop advertising for any company, at any time, and your company has no rights in the ad account itself.

A buyer purchases from the company that offers the product, not from VentiMap. VentiMap provides the technical checkout, order-status, delivery, recovery, and refund tools, but does not guarantee any company’s product, service, result, or ongoing availability. Company products are sold as one-time purchases of access; there are no subscriptions at launch.

Payment completion is confirmed from signed provider and server records, not from a browser redirect. Delivery may be withheld or revoked when payment is incomplete, refunded, disputed, reversed, expired, or otherwise not confirmed.

VentiMap takes 0% of your company’s sales: you keep 100% of the gross order amount and pay VentiMap only Credits for the work. This applies to orders placed on or after October 15, 2026; an order placed earlier keeps the 10% platform fee it was created with. Stripe processing fees are separate, may vary, and are deducted from your proceeds as Stripe reports them.

Refunds and chargebacks, including the fees on the original payment and any dispute fees, are paid out of your company balance. If your balance is not enough, you cover the shortfall, and we may deduct it from future proceeds, withhold withdrawals, or charge a payment method you have on file. Displayed proceeds and available balance can change after refunds, disputes, fee adjustments, transfers, or reconciliation.

We may hold or delay payouts where needed to prevent fraud, meet legal obligations, or cover refund and dispute risk, and we may require Stripe identity verification before any withdrawal. Stripe controls final payment and transfer timing; VentiMap does not guarantee when a withdrawal arrives.

The current seller tools support an eligible seller-initiated full refund only; they do not initiate partial refunds. Buyers should contact the company at the address on its Terms & Privacy page first, and may email VentiMap support if they cannot reach it. Credits packs are covered under “Credits and One-Time Purchases”.

A confirmed full refund revokes delivery access. Provider processing time, fee adjustments, balance effects, and reconciliation may complete separately. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

You must not use VentiMap to offer, sell, promote, or deliver anything unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, infringing, abusive, exploitative, or unsafe. Prohibited goods and services include illegal drugs, weapons and explosives, counterfeit goods, stolen data, adult sexual content, gambling, pyramid and get-rich-quick schemes, unlicensed financial, medical, or legal services, and anything Stripe or Reddit prohibits.

You must not send spam or unsolicited bulk email, scrape or collect personal data beyond what the Service permits, impersonate others, bypass account, payment, geographic, safety, or consent controls, upload malicious code, or interfere with VentiMap or a connected service. We may investigate and act on violations, including suspending companies, mailboxes, ads, or accounts.

Connected services such as Stripe, Reddit, and email and AI providers are governed by their own terms, policies, supported countries, account reviews, and availability. VentiMap does not promise global payment acceptance, automatic approval, or uninterrupted provider service.

Seller withdrawal is available only after Stripe accepts the seller’s identity, country, payout account, and required capabilities; a country appearing in a form is not an enablement.

You are responsible for determining and meeting your tax obligations for your company, sales, and proceeds, including registration, collection, remittance, reporting, and income tax, unless applicable law requires otherwise. We or Stripe may collect tax information from you and may issue tax forms such as Form 1099-K where required.

VentiMap does not provide tax or legal advice and does not promise automatic tax calculation, filing, remittance, or compliance. Obtain professional advice for your circumstances.

As between you and VentiMap, you own the content you submit and the output the Service generates for your company, subject to third-party rights and these Terms. You give VentiMap a limited license to host, copy, process, and display that content and output to operate the Service for you, including publishing your company website and sending your email.

Generated code and content may include open-source or third-party components that stay under their own licenses, and output may resemble content generated for others. VentiMap and its licensors own the platform, software, brands, and documentation; these Terms do not transfer them to you. We may use feedback you send us without obligation.

Through your company you may receive personal data about buyers, product users, and outreach recipients. You are responsible for using it lawfully, for the privacy notices and consents your business needs, and for honoring opt-outs and deletion requests that apply to you. VentiMap handles personal data as described in its Privacy Policy.

VentiMap may assist with planning, building, operating, selling, delivery, and growth work, but does not guarantee business results, revenue, buyer demand, email deliverability, replies, account approval, provider availability, payment success, delivery quality, or advertising performance.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you remain responsible for reviewing outputs and decisions before relying on them or using them in a regulated, financial, legal, safety-critical, or public context.

THE SERVICE AND ALL AI OUTPUT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or free of errors, or that any website, email, ad, or sale will perform. Some places do not allow certain disclaimers, so some of these may not apply to you.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VentiMap and its officers, employees, and suppliers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of $100 or the amount you paid to VentiMap in the 12 months before the event that gave rise to the claim.

You agree to defend and indemnify VentiMap, its affiliates, and their personnel against third-party claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your company’s products, content, emails, ads, sales, or data, your agents’ actions on your behalf, or your breach of these Terms or applicable law.

You may stop using VentiMap and close your account at any time. We may suspend or end access, pause companies, mailboxes, or ads, or remove content if you breach these Terms, create risk or legal exposure, or if a law or connected service requires it. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including fees, disclaimers, liability, indemnity, and governing law) survive.

Export what you need before closing a company. After closing, we may delete company content and release its website address and mailbox, subject to records we must keep.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute that is not resolved informally will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you and VentiMap consent to their jurisdiction. Either of us may instead bring an individual claim in small-claims court if it qualifies.

Before filing a claim, please email support@ventimap.com so we can try to resolve it informally. If you are a consumer, mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live still apply.

These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and VentiMap about the Service. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in a merger or sale. Failing to enforce a provision is not a waiver.

VentiMap handles personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.
