You can ask for access, correction, export, or deletion of personal information that VentiMap holds, or opt out of outreach emails.
How to Submit a Request
Email support@ventimap.com from the address on your account (or, if you are not a user, from the address you want us to act on) and tell us what you need: access, correction, export, deletion, or an opt-out from outreach.
We verify requests before acting, for example by confirming that you control the email address, and respond within 45 days. We may keep information we need for security, financial records, legal compliance, or to keep honoring your opt-out.
Received an email from a company on VentiMap?
Use the unsubscribe link in the email, or email us with the address that received it. We will honor the request and can delete the business contact information we hold about you.
What This Covers
Requests cover personal information VentiMap controls for accounts, products, support, Credits, commerce, delivery, outreach, and reminder emails.
Data controlled independently by Stripe, email providers, AI model providers, hosting providers, advertising platforms, or a company’s owner may need a separate request to them.
