AI Business Builder With No Sales Fee: What's New
By Yuntao Zou, Founder, VentiMap@TaoMachina
VentiMap is an AI business builder with no sales fee: it takes 0% of what your company sells on orders placed since October 15, 2026, and you pay only Credits for the work, plus Stripe's card fee. That is the lowest possible fee: zero, so no platform charges less. And it is not a black box: the Work Map shows every step the agents plan and take, and the Manager tells you about each change. Since October 15 it has also added posting on X at X's own price, company images at the model's cost, your own domain, your code on GitHub and AI features inside the products it builds.
I'm VentiMap's founder. Each section below says what you get and what it costs, and every price is also on the pricing page or on the button you press.
What is new in VentiMap in October 2026?
- No sales fee: 0% of each sale on orders placed since October 15, 2026.
- X posts: preview, edit and regenerate a post, then publish it to your company's own X account at X's list price. On a pass, the Manager can post on a schedule you choose.
- Images: make pictures for ads, social posts, email banners and your site at the model's own cost, and reuse them across all four.
- A free company page that is ready to share, with a free hero image and one free post on X.
- Company sites that search engines and AI assistants can read, with a buy button on every page.
- Your own domain, connected from the Control Panel.
- Your product's code in your own GitHub repository, updated after every publish.
- AI features inside the products VentiMap builds, paid from your Credits at measured cost or from your own AI account.
- A daily review and a task list: on a pass, each day VentiMap proposes next steps for your company, runs the ones it can, and shows them in the Control Panel.
Is there an AI business builder with no sales fee?
Yes: as of October 17, 2026, VentiMap takes 0% of each sale on orders placed since October 15, 2026. Buyers pay through Stripe, and you pay VentiMap only Credits for the work, one Credit being $1 of work at list rates. For comparison, Polsia's pages list a 3% fee on customer payments and NanoCorp's list 20% on withdrawals (checked October 13, 2026). What reduces a sale is Stripe's card fee and any refund or dispute. I wrote up what keeping what you sell means in a separate post.
Customers are what turn that fee into income, so VentiMap goes looking for them: it finds people who match your business, contacts them for you in your company's name, follows up automatically, and shows every step on the Work Map.
How do I post on X from my AI-run company?
As of October 17, 2026, VentiMap posts to your company's own X account at X's list price: $0.015 a post, or $0.20 with a link, with no markup. Connect the account in the Control Panel and press Preview. VentiMap writes a post about your company. You read it, change the words, press Regenerate for a new one, and choose whether it goes with your company card or one of your own images. The line under the Post to X button says what it will cost before you press it. Posting is one of the ways a new company finds its first customers.
- $0.015 for a post, or $0.20 for a post with a link. These are X's list prices, charged to your Credits with no markup.
- The price is taken only after X accepts the post. If anything else happens, nothing is charged.
- On a free account, your first post is free. After that, posting comes with a pass.
Let the Manager post on a schedule
On a pass, the Auto posts setting lets the Manager post for you: once a day, on weekdays, once a week or off. The Manager posts at most once in each period, and a post you made yourself counts for that period, so a day is never doubled. Each post costs the same list price. If there are no Credits, the company is paused or X is disconnected, the Manager skips the post and says so in one short line in the chat. You can always post by hand with Preview, and the Work Map and Control Panel show what the Manager did.
Guards on every post
Before a post is sent, VentiMap refuses a repeat of one of your recent posts, a post with more than two hashtags, and an @account you never named in a post the Manager writes. It tells you why in plain words.
How much does an AI-made company image cost?
As of October 17, 2026, a VentiMap company image costs the image model's own cost with no markup, from $0.006 to $0.017 depending on what it is for. The Images card makes the pictures. You pick what the image is for: an ad, a social post, an email banner or your site's hero. You can describe it, or leave the description empty and the Manager writes one from your plan. The description it wrote stays visible next to the image.
Each image is prompted from your company's own design board, its palette and style, so every picture fits your site. The descriptions stick to real things: objects, places and light. Images are made without people, logos, writing or screens, so nothing in them claims something your product does not do.
| Made for | Size | Price |
|---|---|---|
| Email banner | 1536 x 512 | $0.0060 |
| Social post | 1280 x 720 | $0.0094 |
| Site hero | 1536 x 864 | $0.0104 |
| Ad | 1200 x 1200 | $0.0169 |
You are charged for an image only once it is made and stored. One press on Use puts an image to work: in an X post, in a Reddit ad, as an email banner or as the hero of your site. Making images comes with a pass, and a free company gets one hero image from VentiMap at no cost.
What does the free start include?
The free start needs no card and includes a report on your idea, a plan and a company page you can send to people. The page has a calm entrance motion, which switches off for visitors who ask their device for less motion. Its buttons, such as Get early access and Contact our team, open an email to your company's own address, and the Manager tells you in the chat when someone writes.
A free company also gets one hero image for the page, made by VentiMap at its own cost, with its description shown in your Images library, and one free post on X once you connect your account. If you want to know whether anyone is interested before you build the full product, the page is where they can say so.
Can search engines and AI assistants read a VentiMap site?
Yes: company sites are published as real HTML, page by page, alongside a robots.txt, a sitemap.xml and an llms.txt. Search engines and AI assistants that do not run JavaScript can read the text of each page instead of an empty shell.
Every page of a selling site also carries a small fixed button that reads the live price and "See the full version", which jumps to checkout. The checkout box shows the price and takes the payment, and a "Made with VentiMap" link sits below it. You never need to ask for a buy button.
Can I use my own domain with an AI-built business?
Yes, on a pass: as of October 17, 2026, you can serve your site and checkout from an address you own. An address like www.yourshop.com replaces the VentiMap address. Enter it in the Control Panel and VentiMap shows the records to add where you bought the domain, each with a Copy button and a note for Cloudflare. It keeps checking, and changes can take up to a day to show up.
Only those records change, so your email keeps working. When the connection is secure and live, your site is served at your domain and checkout works on it, with the price and the payment box. You can remove the domain at any time, and the site stays at its VentiMap address.
Can I keep my code in my own GitHub repository?
Yes: as of October 17, 2026, VentiMap sends your product's code to a GitHub repository you own after every publish, with no Credits charged. Press Connect GitHub in the Control Panel and choose the repository. You can remove VentiMap's access on GitHub whenever you want. If you are weighing this against an app builder, the Lovable comparison sets the two side by side.
Your repository always holds the version you last published. You make changes in VentiMap, by asking the Manager or pointing at the page in Build Studio, and the next publish updates the repository.
Can a product built by AI include AI features?
Yes: as of October 17, 2026, the products VentiMap builds can include an AI feature that answers visitors' text. The report declares one to eight tasks, each a plain instruction such as "rewrite the text in a calmer tone", and the product page sends a visitor's text to one of them and shows the answer. Visitors choose among the declared tasks, and each task does exactly what you declared.
- Who pays: by default your Credits, at the measured cost of each answer. Or connect your own AI account, and answers cost no Credits. Your Credit balance is the only cap, and you can switch the AI off at any time in Product services.
- Who can use it: a buyer, up to the number of answers one purchase includes. A visitor who has not bought gets free answers only when the product's offer says how many, counted per network and per browser.
- What it does: text in, text out, one declared task at a time.
Does VentiMap keep a daily task list for my company?
Yes, on a pass: as of October 17, 2026, VentiMap reviews each operating company once a day and proposes up to three next steps, which appear as tasks in the Control Panel. The review reads how the company is doing and writes proposals in plain words, such as a post for X, a clearer outreach letter or a price change.
- What runs from the list: a post on X, a rewrite of your outreach letter and a price change. A post goes out through the same pass and Credits rules as a post you make yourself, at X's list price. A price change stays inside the range your company's report supports and happens at most once a day.
- What you see: the Tasks card in the Control Panel lists each step as Next, Working on it, Done or Skipped, with a link to the post when one went out. The Manager also says in the chat what it did.
- What you control: press Skip on any step that has not started. Nothing runs for a company you have paused, and a step that needs X or Credits waits until they are there.
- What it costs: the review is a small model call paid from your Credits at measured cost. The steps cost what they normally cost, such as the X list price for a post.
Steps run one at a time, spaced apart, so a company never posts in a burst. Spending stays in your hands: ads still wait for the daily amount you approve.
Also new
- History: every change to your site is listed, and "Revert to here" takes the page back to before it, in a new draft.
- The companies page at ventimap.com/companies lists companies running on VentiMap, each with its own live site. Owners choose whether their company appears.
