Build a Subscription App Without Coding

By Yuntao Zou, Founder, VentiMap@TaoMachina

VentiMap builds a subscription app from your description, including the product, monthly offer and Stripe checkout. Tell it who the app serves, what subscribers get and the monthly price. Your AI team researches the idea and builds from the agreed report, while you follow the work in the Control Panel.

The subscription is part of the business you are creating. The wider idea-to-business guide explains how VentiMap connects the research, product, payments and ongoing work; here we will focus on getting the monthly offer right.

Start with a job people need every month

A useful subscription gives someone a reason to return. Describe a repeated job, such as turning client notes into proposals, maintaining a shared booking board or preparing a weekly report. Say what the subscriber enters, what the app gives back and what stays saved for next time.

On the VentiMap homepage, enter the idea in Your business idea and press Read my report. Here is a proposed starting brief for a proposal tool:

Build an app for freelance web designers who turn client notes into proposals. They paste their notes, get an editable proposal and save it for later. Charge one price of $19 USD per month, renewing automatically until canceled. Let visitors understand the offer before they subscribe.

Check the monthly offer in your report

The quick report gives you a first market check. Continue with Google or Use my email to save it and get the full report, plan and first page. In the full report, check the intended buyer, paid features, price and billing period together: the product should promise a monthly subscription with automatic renewal.

If the report proposes a one-time purchase, ask its conversation to change the offer to your chosen monthly subscription before building. A change of price or billing choice goes through a report revision, so the product and checkout follow the same offer. Once the report says what you want, choose Agree and open Control Panel.

Build the app from the agreed plan

Your free start includes the report, plan and first page. To build the full app, choose Pick a plan to build in the Control Panel. Building continues automatically after you pick a paid plan. The Work Map shows the steps, and the Manager tells you what changed.

Your VentiMap plan pays for your AI team; your customers pay the subscription sold by your app. These are separate purchases. The pricing page explains the platform plans, included Credits and usage costs. VentiMap takes 0% of your product sales; Stripe processing fees are separate.

For a product with saved proposals or member records, describe who owns each record and who should see it. VentiMap products can have a backend and visitor sign-in by emailed code, so the app can keep shared data and show people their own work.

Review Sales before sharing the payment link

In Sales, check the price and Monthly · renews automatically wording. Settle the monthly billing choice in your report before building, so the product and its checkout follow the offer you agreed.

When the product is built and platform payments are ready, Sales shows Payment link to share. Use Copy public purchase link to share that address. If Sales says Payments getting ready, let that check finish before sending people to pay. Setting up a payout account comes when you withdraw your proceeds.

What does your subscriber see?

The purchase shows the monthly price and automatic-renewal terms. Stripe handles checkout, and confirmed payment opens the paid access. Buyers use Manage subscription to manage billing or cancel; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Keep that explanation beside your offer so the next charge is clear.

After sales arrive, the Sales card shows received revenue, MRR, ARR and active subscriptions. MRR is the monthly price of subscriptions paid for right now; received revenue is money that has actually come in. Use those numbers to follow the business, alongside what subscribers tell you about the product.

Choose the first version you can explain in one sentence

One buyer, one repeated job and one monthly price make a clear starting offer. If you want ideas for the product itself, these small web tools made with AI show concrete inputs and outputs. If you already have a reference website in mind, start your own version with Remix.

The reference-website guide walks through that second starting point: bring a site you like, then shape the product and offer around your own customers.

Start your subscription app on VentiMap: describe the repeated job, what subscribers receive and the monthly offer. Your first report is free, with no card needed.
