What Is VentiMap? The AI Business Platform

By Yuntao Zou, Founder, VentiMap@TaoMachina

VentiMap (ventimap.com) is an AI platform that builds and runs an online business for you. You describe an idea, or let it pick one, and VentiMap researches it, writes a report and a Brief, builds the product and website, and then keeps running the company with a Manager you chat with: outreach to customers, ads, checkout and payouts. It is made by Yuntao Zou and operated by Shable, Inc., a Delaware corporation.

It is built for people who are not engineers. Starting is free and needs no card, and paid plans start at $20 per month. The about page has the short version of everything below.

How does VentiMap work?

The path from idea to a running company has five steps.

  • Start with an idea, or press Pick an idea for me and VentiMap researches a direction. A free quick report on the start page needs no sign-up.
  • Read the report. VentiMap writes a research report on the idea, and a plan, so you see whether it deserves to grow before you spend anything.
  • Agree the Brief. The Brief is the agreed plan for your company. You can revise it or approve it as written before the build starts.
  • Build. The AI team builds the product and the website, and on a paid plan deploys it. The product can have its own backend, with visitor sign-in by a 6-digit code sent by email.
  • Run. The Manager keeps the company going: it finds customers who match your business, contacts them for you in your company's name and follows up, runs ads at a daily amount you approve, takes payments through checkout and pays you out.

What does the Manager do after the launch?

The Manager is the AI you talk to in plain language. It tells you in the chat about each change, answers your customers' emails from your company's own details, and carries out commands such as "set the price to 12" or "turn ads off". Questions that are yours to decide, such as a discount or a refund, wait for you. Every step the agents plan and take appears on the Work Map, so the work is never a black box.

On a paid plan, once your shop is live, you switch on Auto outreach and the Manager emails the customers it finds. Ads run on Reddit and only start after you approve a daily amount. Posts go out on the company's own X account, and you can switch them off. Buyers can pay from the first sale with no advance onboarding; Stripe identity verification is needed only when you withdraw your money.

Who makes VentiMap?

VentiMap is made by Yuntao Zou, the founder, who writes about building it on this blog and on X as @TaoMachina. The service is operated by Shable, Inc., a Delaware corporation, which is the entity named in the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy.

The facts a careful buyer wants, each with a place to check it, are on one page.

How much does VentiMap cost?

Plans are monthly subscriptions. As of October 26, 2026:

  • Free, $0: one company, a research report, a plan, a shareable company page, one brand poster and one X post. No card.
  • Starter, $20 per month: $20 of Credits included and up to 5 active companies.
  • Pro, $50 per month: $60 of Credits included and up to 10 active companies.
  • Max, $100 per month: $120 of Credits included and up to 20 active companies.

One Credit is worth $1 and pays for the AI team's work. Credits you add yourself never expire. VentiMap takes 0% of your sales; Stripe's card fee still applies. Current prices are always on the pricing page.

Can my own AI agent use VentiMap?

Yes, and it is the newest way to use VentiMap. Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, OpenClaw, Hermes and other agents connect through a remote MCP server (a standard way for an AI agent to use another service's tools) at api.ventimap.com/agent/mcp. You copy one prompt from the agents page, paste it into your agent, and it sets itself up.

I wrote up how to let your AI agent run your business, step by step.

Your agent can read how a company is doing, talk to the Manager, edit and publish the site, and turn outreach and ads on or off. It cannot pay or top up Credits, set up payouts, buy a domain, delete anything, change account, billing or member settings, or raise the ads daily amount above its limit; those stay with you. Every change your agent makes shows in your Manager chat as a "Done by your agent" line with how to undo it where an undo exists.

More than an app builder

VentiMap is more than an app builder. An app builder makes the product; VentiMap also finds the customers, takes the payments and keeps the company running afterwards.
